Below we offer a path to follow in self study as a foundation for learning about the labyrinth, and introducing it to others. It is supported by one-to-one mentoring and (optionally) remote holding for a labyrinth walk that you undertake yourself. This material is free-of-charge, and includes a variety of reflective exercises.
Read the Introduction Guide and watch the Introduction video below to get started, then work through each of the five modules below in turn. Each module is introduced by a video (in English, but can show sub-titles in a growing number of other languages), and supported by guidance notes and a reflective exercise. The notes and exercise briefings are provided as a single .PDF file, and may contain links to other videos and online information sources.
We hope that you enjoy this course of study and exploration, and look forward to supporting you as you progress. Don't forget to read the Introduction Guide first, which explains how to navigate your way through the modules, the support available to you, and practical information, such as how to enable subtitles for the videos for different languages.
